Urban Terror is a free first person shooter based on Quake 3 engine and developped by Frozen Sand. The originality of this game is based on a gameplay and an outfitting management that are very unique.
Even if the graphics don't look good as latest games, the gameplay makes it a very fun and addictive game.



Some features :
o Bounce : you can bounce on walls by pressing the jump button when you reach a wall or an object.
o Sprint : helps you to gain speed to jump further and is a great advantage in fast actions and fights.
o Heal : heal yourself and team mates and save some people lives.
o Climb : climb walls to cross the map faster or to reach strategic places.
o Slide : jump while you are sprinting and then go into crouch to make a nice and silent slide.

True Combat: Elite is a mod for Wolfenstein Enemy Territory which is a free game now. More than a mod it's a full reconversion of the game to a pretty nice tactical fps. Weapons are pretty nice and well balanced. Maps look really realistic and have great layouts for tactical gameplay.



Some features :
o Ironsights : Use iron sights to aim like in the latest games
o Various Moves : Walk, run, sprint, jump crouch, prone...
o Climb : climb walls to cross the map faster or to reach strategic places.

Probably the best mod ever for CSS, Insurgency takes place in Iraq and you can play as Marines or as Insurgents. It's a tactical fps on large city maps that look really nice. It uses squads and classes system and team work is more important than any other game to succeed. It's free and downloadable from steam.
